Master Valley transforms your photos into art historical styles spanning 2,800 years. Because classical masterpieces may contain artistic nudity as part of their original composition, transformation results may occasionally reflect such elements. This is a characteristic of the art historical source material, not an intentional feature of the App.
We employ multiple layers of content safety measures, including prompt-level controls, output filtering, and content moderation. While no AI system can guarantee perfectly predictable results in every case, we continuously work to minimize unintended content.
Master Valley is intended for users aged 18 and older. When our AI system detects that a photo contains a minor, enhanced safety measures are automatically applied, designed to minimize the risk of inappropriate content being generated. These protections operate at the prompt level and are enforced regardless of the selected art style. If you upload a photo of a minor, you must be the parent or legal guardian, and you assume full legal responsibility.
If a transformation result contains artistic nudity, you are prohibited from sharing or distributing such content to minors. Any attempt to use the App to generate sexual, exploitative, or harmful content involving minors is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
How does billing work?
You can add cash to your account through in-app purchases ($0.99 / $2.99 / $4.99 / $49.99). Single transformations cost $0.25 (art movements and oriental styles) or $0.30 (master artists). One-click transformations cost $2.50 (art movements), $1.80 (master artists), or $0.60 (oriental styles). If any items in a One-Click bundle fail, they can be retried for free. Re-transformations cost $0.15. All costs are deducted from your cash balance. Your cash does not expire.
What happens if some items in a One-Click bundle fail?
One-Click bundles are charged in full when at least one transformation succeeds. If any items fail, you can use the "Retry" button on the failed item to re-transform it at no additional cost. This ensures you receive the full value of your One-Click purchase.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google in accordance with their refund policies. We are unable to process refunds directly.
How do I delete my account?
Please contact us at support@mastervalley.app with your account email. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
Are my photos stored on your servers?
We do not intentionally retain your photos beyond real-time processing. Your photos are transmitted to AI services solely for transformation and are not used to train AI models or build any databases.
Where are my gallery images stored?
Transformation results are saved locally on your device. They never leave your device unless you choose to share or export them. Clearing app data or uninstalling the App may remove your saved gallery.
If you encounter inappropriate or unexpected transformation results, or if you believe content safety measures have failed, please report it to us immediately at support@mastervalley.app. Include a description of the issue and, if possible, the style and category used. Your report helps us improve our safety systems.
